​2023 Maintenance Assessment

The 2023 Maintenance Assessment beginning January 1, 2023 will be billed at a rate of $388.00 monthly made payable to Oakwood Gardens Condominiums. Owners may request a statement by contacting Account Receivable Department at 713-728-1126, Option 1. Invoices and Statements are not automatically sent, you must request from the Association.

For all transfers/change of owner ship the fees are $300 transfer fee ($200 for Management and $100 for HOA), a $500 capital fund fee, and a $100 quote fee for all payoffs requested.

1.The late penalties for assessments will change from the sixteenth (16th) day of each month to the eleventh (11th) day of each month. The association will consider assessment payments not received by the tenth (10th) day of each month late, and penalties will be assessed on the eleventh (11th) day of each month. 

2. An initial late fee of Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) will be billed to all past due accounts on the eleventh (11th) of each month.  Payments must be received by the tenth (10th) of the month to avoid penalties.
